After spending time in Kathmandu, we leave for the nepalese hill side and reach the Palace Of Prithivi Narayan Shah, the king who united the country in 1769. Before this time, Nepal was a collection of smaller kingdoms and the Gorkha area alone had more than twenty kings. Prithivi Narayan Shah's palace stands on a hilltop over-looking the cultivated terraces and it commands A Sweeping View Of Himalayan Peaks From Dhaulagiri To Ganesh Himal. After This Cultural Excursion, We Reach The Laketown Of Pokhara. With Serene Lakes, Exquisite Mountain Views, And A Calm Atmosphere, The Pokhara Valley Is Among The Most Preferred Destinations Of Nepal Visitors.
Pokhara Is Part Of A Trade Route That Once Existed Between India And Tibet. To This Day, Mule Trains Can Be Seen Camped On The Outskirts Of The Town, Bringing Goods To Trade From Remote Himalayan Regions. While At Pokhara We Will Take A Short Drive To Sarankot (1590.m) To Watch The Full-length Spectacle Of The Himalayas, Featuring Dhaulagiri, The Annapurnas, Manaslu And The Graceful Pyramid Of Machhapuchhre. You Can Either Drive Or Trek Back To Pokhara Through Villages. Once You Wind Up This Trip In Kathmandu You Will Have Time To Collect Souvenirs To Take Back Home.

Day 1
   Arrive in Kathmandu-Transfer to Hotel- Welcome dinner

   Sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley - Durbar Square - Hanuman Dhoka - visit of living goddess Kumari - Pashupatinath - Baudhanath - Patan - Swayambunath (includes visit to museums,art galleries,palaces, temples & monasteries)
Day 4
   Drive to Nagarkot - visit local villages
Day 5
   Drive or trek to Changu Narayan- drive to Kathmandu via Bhaktapur
Day 6-7
   Drive to Gorkha - rest - visit palace
Day 8
   Drive to Pokhara - tour around the town of Pokhara - boat ride
Day 9
   Drive to Sarankot open option to trek / drive back to Pokhara. sightseeing after lunch of

   Early morning fly to Kathmandu- transfer to hotel - time on own
